How many downlight families does ABTech offer?

Five: Nova, Edge, Focus Arc, Focus Direct and Juman — differentiated by IP rating, mounting method, shape and wattage, covering 7 W to 50 W for indoor and outdoor use.

What is the difference between recessed, trimless and surface downlights?

Recessed sit inside the ceiling with a slim trim (Nova); trimless integrate with no visible frame (Edge); surface mount directly onto the ceiling where no cut-out is possible (Juman, IP65). We offer all three.

Do you have IP-rated downlights for bathrooms and outdoor areas?

Yes — our Nova and surface Juman ranges are IP65 for damp and covered outdoor locations, and we meet the specific IP rating your project requires.

What wattages and beam angles are available?

From 7 W to 50 W, with beam angles including 10°, 15°, 24°, 36° and 55° (Edge) and 36°/60° (Nova, Juman).

What colour temperatures (CCT) and CRI do you offer?

CRI 90 across the range. Recessed families (Nova, Edge, Focus) are tunable 2700–6500K; the Juman surface range is available in 3000K and 4000K.

What drivers and dimming options do you provide?

All downlights use genuine Osram LEDs. As an official distributor of Tridonic, Philips and TCI, our externally-driven families (Nova, Edge, Focus) support On/Off, phase-cut, 0–10V, 1–10V and DALI dimming; the Juman surface range is On/Off.

Do you hold stock, and can you customise?

Yes — we hold downlight stock in Dubai and keep the raw materials to customise fixtures to your project requirements.

Do you provide lighting design and project support?

Yes — our in-house engineering team prepares full indoor and outdoor lighting studies and submits them to your consultant for approval.

What documentation do you provide?

Detailed datasheets highlighting each product full specifications.

What warranty do you offer?

Five years.
